According to the angle of the valve inlet and outlet and the form of the air inlet, it can be divided into three types:

a) Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are at right angles and directly controlled by electrical signals;

b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are 180 degrees and directly controlled by electric signals;

c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by the electric signal.

In addition to the conventional three kinds of solenoid valves, there is also a large-caliber ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary injection.

Installation instructions

1. Special Note: The pipe must be cleaned and purged before installation to prevent impurities from clogging the valve port and destroying the sealing surface. If there are tiny impurities and dust, install a filter in front of the valve (filter ≥ 80 mesh cm2).

2. When installing, note that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipe, and the coil should be installed horizontally vertically.

3. Check whether the pressure, temperature and voltage are consistent with the actual parameters of the solenoid valve nameplate before installation.

4. Pay attention to the cleaning of the media. During the use, the components inside the valve body should be cleaned regularly. After disassembly, the gasket should be inspected at the same time. If the damage is found, it should be replaced in time.
